ProduceGrid does not create documents, think of it is a library (centralised store) where they collated and shared. It could be a one-off document or everything related to a specific crop, shipping container, contract or programme for example - it doesn’t matter. It is a tool for the storage and access of them, controlling who can view them, who is notified when they are updated and who can update them, and more. It allows you to manage all related documents together in one place.
Producers, you can now store, manage and share all of your crop records from one tool. Irrespective of what crop record software you use to generate crop records, once generated simply upload them and decide who is allowed access. No more repetitive requests and emails from your customers - simply grant them access and they'll continue to be notfified of future updates as you make them.
If you're a buyer you can now easily access, manage and coordinate your supplier crop record information in one place. Request access, make requests, track updates and organise them as you wish. Then share with colleagues or within a team and access from anywhere. And if you're new to ProduceGrid - get everything up and running the same day you register.
Producers
It's easy to get up and running. How much information you wish to store and who can access it is completely up to you. You don't even have to share it if you don't wish to - just use our system to help organise your crops and their associated documents.
Storage
Store your crop records securely on our storage. Accessable wherever and whenever you need them, on any device. Uploading is super quick and easy.
File types
It doesn't matter what software generates your field records - just upload them. You can handle nearly all file types, PDF's, word and excel documents, etc.
Certifications
You can also store your certification documents. Just point your customers to ProduceGrid to download them.
Updates
When you update your crop records, or add additional records (e.g. post harvest records etc) we'll notify your customers for you.
Access
Either share the records with your customer, or wait until they have requested access. Either way it's simple. They are private and protected otherwise.
Notifications
We can notify you if we think there is something you need to know. Ie. a certification is soon to expire.
Management
It's not just about sharing records. You can upload any type of document. Collate all documents and records associated with a crop together in one place. Alternatively, give your agronomist direct access and let them attach documents and records.
Buyers
It's quick and easy to get up and running. Simply request your suppliers to share crop record information with you. We'll notify you when they've done so, or have updated records etc. You can organise them by suppliers, contracts, product types etc. Your team can view them, as well as them share them again with other users if they need to.
