ProduceGrid does not create documents, think of it is a library (centralised store) where they collated and shared. It could be a one-off document or everything related to a specific crop, shipping container, contract or programme for example - it doesn’t matter. It is a tool for the storage and access of them, controlling who can view them, who is notified when they are updated and who can update them, and more. It allows you to manage all related documents together in one place.
Producers, you can now store, manage and share all of your crop records from one tool. Irrespective of what crop record software you use to generate crop records, once generated simply upload them and decide who is allowed access. No more repetitive requests and emails from your customers - simply grant them access and they'll continue to be notfified of future updates as you make them.

It's easy to get up and running. How much information you wish to store and who can access it is completely up to you. You don't even have to share it if you don't wish to - just use our system to help organise your crops and their associated documents.
It's quick and easy to get up and running. Simply request your suppliers to share crop record information with you. We'll notify you when they've done so, or have updated records etc. You can organise them by suppliers, contracts, product types etc. Your team can view them, as well as them share them again with other users if they need to.
